Transparent Pricing
Our fixed fees are: Single Will £325; Mirror Wills £595; Trust Will (single) £1,295; Mirror Trust Wills £1,895; Lasting Power of Attorney £325 each; LPA Bundle (four LPAs for a couple) £1,150; Will deposit with HMCTS £150; Custodian Plus £79 per year for one Will or £119 per year for a mirror-Will household. These fees reflect the time and care involved in understanding your circumstances, preparing suitable documents, providing guidance, coordinating the process and administration, arranging secure storage, and offering ongoing support and continuity. Based on published 2026 prices for London and nearby providers, our basic Will and Mirror Will fees are broadly in line with local specialist firms, and our trust and LPA services sit within the published specialist price range, though direct comparisons vary because some providers include VAT, storage, consultations or government registration fees in their headline prices and others charge for these separately. HMCTS deposit and Custodian Plus are offered as separate storage services.

Will deposit with HMCTS — £150
The fee for depositing and securely storing your signed Will with HMCTS.
Custodian Plus — £79 per year for one Will, or £119 per year for a mirror-Will household.
Custodian Plus is an optional managed service for clients who want ongoing oversight after their Will has been deposited. The HMCTS deposit fee of £150 is a separate one-off charge; Custodian Plus is billed annually at £79 for one Will or £119 for a mirror-Will household.
- Annual check-in: We contact you each year to identify relevant changes in your circumstances, family, assets or wishes that may call for a review of your arrangements.
- Continuity support: If we stop trading or can no longer provide support, we will ensure appropriate arrangements are in place so you can continue to access your Will and any necessary ongoing assistance.
- Version safeguards: We help reduce the risk of an outdated or duplicate Will remaining in storage, so the record held is clear and easier to rely on.
- Withdrawal and replacement support: When a Will needs to be withdrawn or replaced, we provide practical assistance with the process and help keep the arrangements orderly.
